Terms and Conditions

• This package will only be valid through direct booking.
• Direct booking includes but not limited to Website booking, WhatsApp Text, Calls etc.
• The rooms provided upon check-in will be subjected to change if the room type aforementioned in the package has been fully booked.
• This package’s booking period is from 8 April, 2022, to 31 May, 2022.
• This package’s staying period is from 8 April, 2022, to 31 March, 2023.
• All confirmed purchases are strictly not allowed to be cancelled. However, guests are allowed to modify the booking within a 72-hour notice, provided that the rooms are available on that day.
• The Stay & Ride: Romancing Penang package includes a 2-Day-1-Night stay in M Summit 191 Executive Hotel Suites, with 1 trishaw ride for 2 hours.
• There will be a surcharge during Peak Season and Super Peak Season.
• The Stay in M Summit 191 Executive Hotel Suites includes one suite with 1 King or 1 Queen or 2 Single Beds and 1 Sofa Bed in the living area which can accommodate up to 4 persons. Any extra bed will be charged RM60 per setup.
• Free room upgrade is subject to room availability on that day.
• For room stay extension, we are offering a special price of RM250.00nett per night, only for guests who have purchased this package.
• This package does not include Breakfast.
• Check-in time for the Hotel is 3.00pm and check-out time is 11.00am.
• 1 Free Car Park is provided per room during the stay period.
• Extra purchases and add-ons (rooms and/or Penang on 3 Wheels (P3W) trishaw ride vouchers) must be purchased directly from M Summit 191 Executive Hotel Suites.
• P3W trishaw ride vouchers can only be redeemed during your stay period. For example, if your stay is from 3 August – 4 August, you can redeem it on either 3 August or 4
• P3W trishaw ride vouchers can be obtained at the front office counters on the day of the ride. The time slots for the rides are either 9am to 11am or 5pm to 7pm.
• A 2-day advance notice prior to the requested date of the P3W trishaw ride is required.
• As a safety precaution, the maximum load per trishaw carriage is If the limit is exceeded, guests can choose to engage additional trishaws at their own cost.
• P3W trishaw ride vouchers are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• P3W trishaw tour will pass by a number of heritage attractions. The route is subject to change depending on unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to weather and traffic conditions.
• Total duration of the P3W trishaw ride is approximately 2 hours including stops or rests requested by guests.
• M Summit 191 Executive Hotel Suites in no event shall be liable for any accident claims, penalties, loss, damage or expenses, howsoever arising.
• M Summit 191 Executive Hotel Suites reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions without any prior notice.
