Terms and Conditions

• This package will only be valid through direct booking.
• Direct booking includes but not limited to Website booking, Whatsapp Text, Calls etc.
• The rooms provided upon check in will be subjected to change if the room type aforementioned in the package has been fully booked.
• This package’s booking period is from Now to 30th May 2022.
• This package’s staying period is from Now to 31st March 2023.
• All confirmed purchases are strictly not allowed for cancellation, however, guests are allowed to modify the booking within a 72-hour notice, provided that the rooms are available on that day.
• The Stay & Play package includes a 2-Day-1-Night stay in M Summit 191 Executive Hotel Suites, complimentary lunch for 4 pax at Only Mee Restaurant with 3 attraction passes for 2 adults and 2 children at The Top theme park
• The Stay in M Summit 191 Executive Hotel Suites includes with 1 King or 1 Queen or 2 Single bed and a sofa bed in the living area which can accommodates up to 4 persons. Any extra bed will be charged at RM60 per setup.
• This package doesn’t include Breakfast.
• Check-in time for the Hotel is 3.00 pm (allow early check-in of up to 12.00pm, and subject to the availability); Check – out time is 11.00am.
• 1 Free Car Park is provided for the Hotel Guest.
• 3-Attraction passes include Jurassic Research Center, Rainbow Skywalk & Observatory Deck and Penang Boutique Aquarium at The Top Theme Park
• For extra purchases and add-ons (rooms and/or passes), please direct purchase it at The Top Theme Park itself.
• The complimentary lunch will be on the day when you visit The Top Theme Park
• Qualified ages for the categories:
• Adult: Age 13 to Age 59
• Child: Age 3 to Age 12
• Purchase of Optional Ticket can be done at The Top Theme Park with the following price :

* Adult RM 75.00

* Child RM 55.00

• Operational hours of The TOP are as follows:

* Jurassic Research Center and Penang Boutique Aquarium:

* 12pm to 8pm

* Observatory Deck (Level 65):

* 1pm to 9pm

* Rainbow Sky Walk (Level 68):

* 1pm to 10pm

• The Top Penang is closed on every Tuesday.
• The guest will receive an order form issued by the hotel during check-in to claim the 3-attraction passes from The Top Theme Park
• The 3-attraction pass cannot be claimed at The Top Theme Park by showing the booking confirmation from the Hotel
• The 3-attraction pass can only be redeemed during the duration of your stay. For example, if you are staying from August 3^rd -4^th , you can redeem it on either August 3^rd or 4^th.
• The 3-attraction pass only allows SINGLE entry to Jurassic Research Center, Penang Boutique Aquarium, Rainbow Skywalk & Observatory Deck at The TOP Penang.
• The 3-attraction pass in this package must be utilised on the day stated in the order form issued from the hotel.

• This package is non-transferable and non-refundable.
• There will be a surcharge during Peak Season and Super Peak Season.
